Applicant want to become Promoter need to read complete contract and term and condition of contract. If they agree with contract and Term & Condition then it is mandatory to tick the check box of terms & condiotions in the KYC UPDATION form of the web site and on this it should be considered as biding electronic document.
No registration charges will be charged to become Promoter
Applicant will have right to select a group for joining, Foundation will not interface in that.
Detail information regarding to products of Foundation is available on website to Foundation.
Definitions:
SNEHARAJ FOUNDATION means Foundation
Direct Selling Entity Means
an entity which sale of offers to sell goods or services through a Promoter. The SNEHARAJ FOUNDATION Is the direct selling entity.
In case Foundation word use in agreement literature and any publication market plan etc. means SNEHARAJ FOUNDATION.
“Network Of Direct Selling” Means
a network of Promoter ad different levels of distribution, who may recruit or introduce or sponsor further levels of Promoter,
who they then support: Explanation: “network of direct selling’ shall mean any system of distribution or marketing adopted by
a direct selling entity to undertake direct selling business and shall include the multi-level marketing method of distribution.
“ Promoter ” Means
a person appointed or authorized, directly or indirectly, by a Direct Selling Entity through a legally enforceable contract
to undertake direct selling business on principal to principal basis.
Unique ID Means
Identification number issued by the Foundation to the Promoter as sign of acceptance of application for direct selling of the goods fo the Foundation.
Without USER ID No communication. Promoter shall preserve the Unique ID and password properly as it is ‘must” for loging on to website.
“Cooling –Off Period” Means
The duration of time counted from the date when the Promoter and the direct selling entity enter into an agreement and ending with date
on which the contract is to be performed and within which the Promoter may repudiate the agreement without being subject to penalty for breach of contract.
“Website” Means

Foundation Means
SNEHARAJ FOUNDATION , 629/ E , KALLADA TOWER ,Po-NALUTHARA-673310 ,EDAYILPEEDIKA ,(Dist.)MAHE , (St.) Puducherry, Bharath.
Promoter Appointment
The Foundation verification of the application may register the applicant as Promoter for selling the goods of the Foundation.
The Foundation shall be the at liberty to accept or reject of the application without any reason.
A. Promoter Appointment
1. The applicant is required to read thoroughly and understand the terms and
conditions,policies,procedures,code of ethics and Program opportunities of the 'FOUNDATION'
as given below. This application/agreement form is considered as an authentic and
legally binding document. This contract is between the applicant (herein after referred to as promoter)
and Sneharaj Foundation (herein after referred to as 'FOUNDATION').
2. If the applicant agrees to adhere to and abide by the conditions mentioned hereunder, he/she
shall become a promoter.
3. The applicant should have completed minimum18 years of age and shall be competent
to enter into contract as provided in the 'Indian Contract Act'
4. For joining as an independent promoter , the applicant will have to buy a product from the foundation
5. The 'FOUNDATION' under no circumstance will accept any payment in cash.
6. The 'FOUNDATION' has not authorized any official , officer or promoter of the Program or
Trust'y to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the 'FOUNDATION'.
7. If anybody makes any payment in cash it will be at his/her own risk and under no circumstances,
will the 'FOUNDATION' be answerable to such unauthorized cash payments.
8. Promoter need to submit KYC Form to Foundation.
9. Foundation did not charge any joining fees to Promoter.
10. Promoter need to take complete training from Foundation to know detail information about Foundation’s product.
11. Promoter need to give all true information regarding to product.
12. Promoter should not sell products by giving wrong information.
13. Promoter need to sell products which customer want Promoter are not allowed to force customer to buy particular product.
14. Promoter are not allowed to sell product at price more than MRP.
15. Promoter need to tell customer that there is no return of product as all products are pdf-e-books. So ask customer to satisfy with the product before purchase.
16. Promoter need to take permission of concern party before entering customer premise.
17. No incentives/ Remuneration will be given to Promoter after registering a new member in Foundation.
18. Promoter will get remuneration only often selling the products.
19. Remuneration amount remain often deducting taxes and administration charges will be deposited in bank account of Promoter.
20. Promoter need not pay TDS separetly , it is also deducted from the commission.
21. Promoter can leave Foundation ofter giving prior notice and canceling the Promoter and Foundation contract.
22. Promoter can return extra/ Remaining products to Foundation and Foundation will refund them their amount within 30 days.
23. Promoter need to advise customer to check the bill by simply it from Foundation website.
24. To sell the products and to keep it in any exhibitions Promoter need to take a written permission from Foundation.
25. Promoter will not be treated as a Foundation employee. No responsibility of Promoter will be taken by Foundation.
26. Promoter only need to sell Foundation products. Promoter don’t need to show bait to customer or not supposed to collect money from customer in the name of Foundation.
If such case found, then Foundation will cancel all the contracts with that person.
27. The promoter will be eligible for commissions or promotion cost only as per the volume of promotion/business
done by him/her that is also subject to the eligibility norms formulated by the 'FOUNDATION'.The
FOUNDATION' does not assure any commission or income to the promoter on merely
account of his /her joining .
28. The independent promoter will not be a member , agent , or employee of the 'FOUNDATION'.
His/her position being so , he/she can't bind the 'FOUNDATION',in any manner nor he/she
has any authority to bind the 'FOUNDATION' or to represent or speak on behalf of the 'FOUNDATION'.
29. The 'FOUNDATION' will approve the promoter ship by issuing an official receipt and online registration,
which will carry the password & an track Id.The track Id have to be quoted by the promoter
in all his/her transactions and correspondence with the 'FOUNDATION'.
30. The 'FOUNDATION' will, in no case ,entertain any communication without Track Id .
31. TDS or Other statutatories will be deducted as formulated by the Government.
32. Administration charges at 5% will be deducted.
33. All individual promoters should adhere to Rules & Regulations formed by the 'FOUNDATION'
& if any of the promoter is found guilty of not observing the same ,then he/she will be terminated.
34. The 'FOUNDATION' reserves all rights to terminate a promoter.
35. Once a promoter is terminated ,he/she can't enter any of the 'FOUNDATION' premises/meeting
locations and his/her training cost/promotion cost/commission/incentive/income will be stopped immediately.
The promoter shall bear true faith and allegiance to the 'FOUNDATION' and shall uphold the
integrity and decorum of the 'FOUNDATION' and shall maintain good relations with other promoters
and other people.
36. The promoter shall always behave and act in a dignified manner befitting the status of a promoter
of a socio-political-spiritual 'FOUNDATION' of the world.
37. The promoter shall not compel or induce or mislead any person with any false
statement/promise to join the promotional Program .
38. The 'FOUNDATION' will not be answerable for any promise, assurance given by any promoter to any
person, unless it is in accordance with the approved promotion/business plans and terms of the Promotional Program .

issued by the Promotional Program Through these Promotional Program sources ,he/she will fully inform himself/herself on
all these matters.
39. The applicant/promoter shall ensure that all the information /furnished to the Promotional Program is correct
and properly entered. Any request for correction furnished by the promoter as to his/her promoter or
placement details will not be entertained ,once payment statements are processed.
40. In case any amendment needed such as bank details , email and other KYC details in already furnished data under
unavoidable conditions then it will be done by charging an extra amount after verifying all corresponding documents again.
41. The Promotional Program reserves the right to reject any promoter ship/applicant at its own discretion.
42. The 'FOUNDATION' reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions ,stop the schemes, promotion
progammes and policies giving prior notification through its website "www.snefobharathi.com" and it will be
binding on all promoters of the Promotional Program
43. The terms and conditions within above mentioned shall be governed in accordance with law in
force in the territories of India.Disputes,if any arise,shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the court of MAHE District , PUDUCHERRY, BHARATH.
44. If any dispute or difference arises between the parties hereto touching the
promotion or interpretation of any terms and conditions or as to commission , incentive
income etc.'relating to the promotion Program of the 'FOUNDATION',the same shall be
referred to arbitration and the arbitration shall be governed by the "Arbitration and Conciliation
Act , 1996' ,If and only if it is not solved at Grievence window in web site and Grievence committee.
45. Above Agreement As per govt. guideline this contract is mandatory to Foundation.
B. The Promoter Shall Enjoy The Following Privileges.
1. The Promoter shall enjoy the following privileges.
2. Incentive/commission for effecting sale of good/ product of the Foundation as per marketing plan.
3. Foundation Product sale any where in World.
4. No target for product sale.
5. SALES INCENTIVE/Commission – The Foundation shall pay to the Promoter sale incentive as per product sale in the marketing plan.
6. The Foundation does not guaranty as particular fix income to the Promoter.
Other General Term & Conditions
A Promoter Shall Not:
1. Use misleading, deceptive and/ or unfair trade practice
2. Use misleading, false, deceptive, and/ or unfair recruiting practices, including misrepresentation of actual or potential
sales or earnings and advantages of Direct Selling to any prospective Promoter, in their interaction with prospective Promoter;
3. Make any factual representation to a prospective Promoter that cannot be verified or make any promise that cannot be fulfilled
4. Present any advantage of Direct Selling to any prospective Promoter in a false and/ or a deceptive manner
5. Knowingly make, omit, engage, or cause, or permit to be made, any representation relating to the Direct Selling operation,
including remuneration system and agreement between the Direct Selling entity and the Promoter, or the goods and / or services
being sold by such Promoter which is false and/ or misleading
6. Require or encourage Promoter recruited by the first mentioned Promoter to purchase goods and/ or services in unreasonably large amounts
7. Provide any literature and/ or training material not restricted to collateral issued by the Direct Selling entity, to a prospective
and/ or existing Promoter both within and outside the parent Direct Selling entity, which has not been approved by the parent Direct Selling entity.
Relationship Between Direct Selling Entity And Promoter
1. All other rights and obligations shall be determined as per the express terms of electronic contract agreement between a Direct Selling entity and Promoter
2. The Direct Selling entity will be liable for grievances arising out of sale of products, services or business opportunity by its Promoter
3. It will be the responsibility of the Direct Selling entity to monitor and control the practices/ methods adopted by the Promoter
Conduct For The Protection Of Customer
1. Promoter and Direct Selling Entity Shall take appropriate steps to ensure the protection of all private information provided by a consumer
2. Promoter and Direct Selling Entity shall be guided by the provision of the Consumer Protection Act 1986
3. All complaints received over website – it should have a complaint number for tracing and tracking the complaint and record time taken for redressal

Jurisdiction Of Court
The arbitration clause of these term & conditions all disputes, either civil or criminal in nature shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in MAHE District , PUDUCHERRY, BHARATH only.
Force Majeure
The Foundation shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligation where such failure has resulted due to Acts of Nature.
Declaration:
I have read & understood the terms & condition for appointment of Direct Sells of the Foundation
I have also seen through the Foundation official website & convinced about the business and I have applied to appoint me as a Promoter on my own volition.
I declare that I have not been given any assurance or promise by the Foundation or its Foundationees or Employees in to any fixed income, incentive, price on account of the products purchase by me.
I have declare understood the eligible of income exclusively depend on my performance in business volume as per the business plan. I further agree that Foundation reserve the right to change the Business plan at any point of time without any prior notice.
I undertake not to misguide or induce dishonestly any body to joint the Foundation's promotion programme.
